Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order as you are able to checkout as a guest. However, it’s recommended to create an account to view past orders and to be able to quickly re-order.

How Can I Return a Product?
If you need to return a product, please contact us with proof or purchase.
If you're not satisfied with your machine, please post your items back to us within 30 days
If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
Goods that are returned will incur a 10% re-stocking charge, unless they were supplied in error by ourselves. We regret that we are unable to refund carriage charges for returned goods, unless they were supplied in error by ourselves.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before attempting to return goods for exchange or refund. All parcels returned must be packaged to the same standard as when received.
All goods being delivered should be inspected for damage before being signed for from the carrier. Damaged goods should be refused and not signed for, they will then be returned to us by the carrier, please notify us immediately if you receive goods that have been damaged in transit
CleanLifeCleanHealth will not be held liable for damage, loss, mis-delivery or non-delivery of any consignment if the the proof of delivery (POD) was signed by you as having been received in good condition, unless you notify us of the same within 3 working days of the date of the delivery. Faulty goods can be returned and swapped for replacements at no extra charge. If found to be of faulty manufacture a full refund including the carriage costs, can be made in lieu of a replacement item. CleanLifeCleanHealth will not be held responsible for any loss of time or expenses as a result of any product failure.
Faulty Goods that are found to have a manufacturing fault on receipt by the customer or develop a fault through reasonable "WEAR AND TEAR" within a 6 week period from invoice date will be exchanged free of charge subject to inspection by CleanLifeCleanHealth. If after inspection the goods are found to be faulty, any carriage costs incurred by returning the faulty goods will be reimbursed in full.
CleanLifeCleanHealth will not be liable for any loss in transit suffered by the customer when the goods in question have been returned at the customer's expense
